Stockwell Manor is a community of 71 luxury townhouses and about 30 single family homes. They have only 12 townhomes remaining as of 5/15/09 and one single family remaining. Located just off of Great Falls Street, Stockwell Manor provided serenity and peace. West Falls Church metro is less than 1 mile away making commutes a lot easier. You can't beat the school pyramid with Haycock ES, Longfellow MS and McLean HS.
Builders typically have the best prices at close out. Stockwell Manor is reaching that stage and the builder is willing to negotiate. It's a great time to buy!
